The Role We're looking for a Certified Dental Assistant with a completed Orthodontic Module to join our clinical team as a full-time Clinician. You'll work chair-side with Dr. Millar and Dr. Yeung, delivering five-star orthodontic care to patients of all ages — and making sure every visit feels smooth, informed, and genuinely enjoyable. This isn't a role where you show up, do the job, and go home. You'll be a full contributor to a high-performing, high-care team that sets a high bar and actually loves coming to work together. What You'll Do Assist orthodontists with all clinical procedures and deliver excellent patient experiences at every appointment Prepare operatories, manage instruments, and ensure the clinic is stocked, tidy, and ready to go Educate and update patients and families — in person and via text — on treatment progress and what to expect Complete treatment cards, appointment plans, and prescriptions accurately and on time Contribute to the training and development of new and existing team members Bring fun, compassion, and genuine curiosity to every single appointment Who You Are You walk into a room and make it better.
