Full-Time CDA/LDA - No evenings or weekends!

We're a well established general practice in Richmond looking for a full time CDA/LDA to join our team permanently. We're a small, close knit clinic with three operatories offering a range of general dentistry including extractions, implants, and crowns. We use ClearDent and digital X rays, and we work with iTero scanning with full training provided. Our team is small but mighty, and our staff tends to stick around. This isn't a revolving door office. This role is a bit more than just chair-side assisting. You'll also be taking on ordering and inventory management, so someone with a lead CDA mentality will thrive here. We keep things organized and efficient, and there's a bonus structure in place for managing supplies well. It's straightforward and very achievable. Tuesday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM. Optional Saturdays available if you're looking for extra hours. No late evenings. What we're looking for: Minimum 1 to 2 years experience as a CDA/LDA in a dental office, preferably more. We need someone who is confident in all aspects of their role. Rubber dams, X-rays, chair-side assisting, you know what you're doing and you don't need someone walking you through the basics. Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is required, with preference for Mandarin. Ortho experience is an asset but not required. Someone organized, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of their role. What we offer: Up to $41/hr depending on experience, $800 health spending account, bonus structure, and parking available.
