We're a newer general practice in Dawson Creek, BC looking for a full time LDA to join our team permanently.
We're a small, close knit team of four working out of a four operatory, fully digital and chartless office. We use ClearDent and digital X rays, so no paper charts to worry about. We opened recently and we're building something great together. If you're someone who values teamwork and a supportive environment, you'll fit right in.
This role goes beyond chair-side assisting. You'll also be involved in ordering and inventory management, sterilization, and some front desk support. If you have a lead mentality and like being involved in how the office runs, this is a great opportunity to take ownership of your role from day one.
Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM.
What we're looking for:
A licensed dental assistant who is ready to hit the ground running. New grads are welcome to apply. Someone who is organized, reliable, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
What we offer:
$30 to $40/hr depending on experience, extended health benefits, dental coverage, continuing education allowance, uniform allowance, and parking.
