We're a newer general practice in Dawson Creek, BC looking for a full time LDA to join our team permanently. We're a small, close knit team of four working out of a four operatory, fully digital and chartless office. We use ClearDent and digital X rays, so no paper charts to worry about. We opened recently and we're building something great together. If you're someone who values teamwork and a supportive environment, you'll fit right in. This role goes beyond chair-side assisting. You'll also be involved in ordering and inventory management, sterilization, and some front desk support. If you have a lead mentality and like being involved in how the office runs, this is a great opportunity to take ownership of your role from day one. Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM. What we're looking for: A licensed dental assistant who is ready to hit the ground running. New grads are welcome to apply. This isn't a revolving door office. This role is a bit more than just chair-side assisting. You'll also be taking on ordering and inventory management, so someone with a lead CDA mentality will thrive here. We keep things organized and efficient, and there's a bonus structure in place for managing supplies well. It's straightforward and very achievable. Tuesday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM. Optional Saturdays available if you're looking for extra hours. No late evenings. What we're looking for: Minimum 1 to 2 years experience as a CDA/LDA in a dental office, preferably more. We need someone who is confident in all aspects of their role. Rubber dams, X-rays, chair-side assisting, you know what you're doing and you don't need someone walking you through the basics. Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is required, with preference for Mandarin. Ortho experience is an asset but not required. Someone organized, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of their role. What we offer: Up to $41/hr depending on experience, $800 health spending account, bonus structure, and parking available.
